RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

 

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within ten (10) days of the order being received by you as confirmed by the tracking number associated with your order. All retuned items must be in new, unopened and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

 

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at support@heroicthread.com to obtain a RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (RMA) number. After receiving a RMS number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

Depending on the reason for the return, you may receive a pre-paid return label from us. A request for return does not guarantee a pre-paid return label and we reserve the right to grant or not to grant a pre-paid return label at our sole discretion.

 

REFUNDS

 

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your refund or exchange. In limited circumstances, an exchange may be shipped before we receive your item for inspection. Heroic Thread LLC reserves the right to, in our sole discretion, ship an exchange prior to receiving your return. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. When processing a refund, the refund will be made to the form of payment used to purchase the item. In cases where the original form of payment is not available (i.e. cancelled credit card) we will issue a paper check. Heroic Thread LLC will not issue refunds in the form of cash. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to issue any refund in the form of a store credit at any time and for any reason. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. You agree to not hold Heroic Thread LLC, its affiliates, vendors or any Third Party liable for any damages that may arise as a result of this processing time. Heroic Thread LLC has no control over Third Party vendors or financial institutions when issuing refunds. We will notify you by email when your refund has been processed.

 

EXCEPTIONS

 

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom orders (unless an error was made on the part of Heroic Thread LLC, which is defined as a mistake, error or omission of an element agreed to when the item was purchased). We encourage you to review all invoices/orders for accuracy prior to purchasing any items.
  • Clearance items

Please Note

  • A 15% restocking fee will be charged for all returns in excess of $100.00.
  • Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be refunded
  • Custom orders are FINAL SALE and cannot be refunded
  • Third Party warranties are not administered by Heroic Thread LLC. As such, you may be directed to the manufacturer of the item to handle any warranty claims.
